Good morning! There is a chill in the air which means fall is coming quick and I am experimenting with fall spices 😁

This weeks cookie menu:

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi sweet chocolate chips toped with himalayan sea salt.
-Apple butter. A chewy apple butter cookie that tastes like walking through an apple orchard in the fall.
-Raspberry crumble. Sugar cookie with raspberry jam, struesel and vanilla glaze.
**New this week**
-Pumpkin coffee cake. A chewy Pumpkin sugar cookie topped with streusel and vanilla glaze. This would be perfect with coffee 🤤

Good morning!
It has been a few weeks of no cookies and trust me, I have heard about it!

There are cookies this week though!

This weeks cookie menu:

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi-sweet chocolate chips topped with himalayan sea salt.
-Old fashioned molasses rolled in chunky sugar.
-Pumpkin chocolate chip sugar cookie. Spiced pumpkin sugar cookie with chocolate chips.
-Vanilla overload. Vanilla cookie with vanilla bean paste, and vanilla chips. Rolled in vanilla sugar and glazed with vanilla bean glaze. These smell so good!!

Good morning!
This weeks cookie menu:

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi-sweet chocolate chips topped with himalayan sea salt.
-Brown sugar poptart. Cinnamon cookie filled with cinnamon roll filling and topped with vanilla glaze.
-Lemon shortbread. Lemon cookie with white chocolate chips and topped with lemon glaze

There were brookies, but we found out that brownies without sugar tastes disgusting! It was the worst thing that I have ever eaten! 🤮 A dry buttery, chocolate cocoa bomb that lingered for a long time

-Strawberry crumble. Sugar cookie base topped with natural strawberry jam, struesel and strawberry vanilla glaze.
-Raspberry crumble. Sugar cookie base topped with natural raspberry jam, streusel and raspberry vanilla glaze.
-Strawberry shortcake. Strawberry cookie with white chocolate chips and topped with strawberry vanilla glaze.
-Tuxedo. Chocolate cookie with white, dark and semi-sweet chocolate chips

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi sweet chocolate chips with himalayan topped with himalayan sea salt
-Oatmeal Cream pies. 2 thick oatmeal cookies filled with fluffy filling.
-Pumpkin sugar cookie sandwiches. 2 thick spicy pumpkin sugar cookies filled with fluffy filling.
-S'more. Graham cracker sugar cookie stuffed with marshmallows and chocolate and rolled in graham crackers.
-Brown butter rice crispy treats.
-Smore rice crispy treats. Brown butter rice crispys with graham crackers and chocolate 😋

This week the cookies were a struggle 🤦‍♀️

The oven wasn't staying up to temperature, but before we figured that out, the brown sugar poptart cookies were blamed 🤯 the fridge was blamed for keeping the dough too cold. But, after one tray of cookies took 40 minutes to cook. We started troubleshooting the oven. We finally figured it out when they were almost done.

So, this weeks batch are being called goldilocks cookies. Some are lighter than I would like them, some are perfect and some are a little darker than I would like. I am just thankful there are cookies at all 😬

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi-sweet chocolate chips with himalayan sea salt
-Orange cream. Orange cookie with white chocolate topped with orange and vanilla glaze
-Brown sugar poptart. Cinnamon cookie stuffed with cinnamon roll filled and topped with vanilla glaze.
-Apple butter. Often confused with a molasses cookie but tastes like an apple orchard in the fall.
-Molasses. An old fashioned molasses cookie rolled in chunky sugar.

No cookie menu this week!

I spent my cookie time securing a new cookie delivery vehicle, which is bigger and allows more cookies to be hauled around.

I am so thankful for the way that everything worked out, that we were able to find it and
the person that had spoken for it didn't get it ♥️

Anytime that I have cookies and see a police officer parked, I pull up, introduce myself and hand deliver a free cookie. So, if you are an officer in the Bangor area and see a blue Tahoe pull up beside you, I still have cookies, just a different delivery vehicle. 😁

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi sweet chocolate chips topped with himalayan sea salt.
-Brown sugar poptart. Cinnamon cookie stuffed with cinnamon roll filling and topped with vanilla glaze.
-Lemon shortbread. Lemon cookie with white chocolate chips and topped with lemon glaze.
-Brown butter rice crispies. These are a favorite and I am asked every week if I have them!
Something new and limited. I try my best not to use any dyes. But my daughter and husband have been asking since I started making rice crispies to make fruity pebbles rice crispy treats. I made them some and have a few left over.

What a wet rainy day! I love humming songs about rain on days like today 😁

This week's cookie menu:

-Chocolate chip. Dark and semi sweet chocolate chips topped with himalayan sea salt
-Raspberry crumble. Sugar cookie bottom topped with natural raspberry jam, struesel and vanilla glaze
-Strawberry crisp. Sugar cookie base, natural strawberry jam, oat crisp and vanilla glaze (limited quantities)
-Peach crisp. Sugar cookie base, peach preserve, oat crisp and vanilla glaze
-Pumpkin sugar cookies. All the fall spices wrapped up in a Pumpkin cookie rolled in sugar
-Spiced brown sugar cookie. A spicy cakey cookie that is perfect with coffee
