Bucktail Lodge is a family-owned resort, bar, restaurant, and cabin destination located on Barker Lake near the eastern fork of the Chippewa Flowage in Winter, Wisconsin. The History
The property was formerly known as Circle B Resort. The Schnering family purchased it in 1997, and it has remained family-owned ever since. Joseph Schnering and Krista Haus later took ownership and began extensive renovations, including redesigning the bar and modernizing the resort while maintaining its Northwoods atmosphere.
