Congratulations to our Grill Cook, Javen, on being named our Team Member of the Month for September!

Javen has been a wonderful addition to our culinary team, bringing his unique personality, sense of humor, and a great energy to the line that his fellow team members have come to appreciate.

Beyond his exceptional work on the grill, Javen is an avid night fisherman and spends his time off out on the water, where you may just catch him along the Florida coast aboard his boat.

This past week, we had the privilege of hearing from our Pastry Chef, Marvin, as he introduced the team to our newly released desserts.

A few familiar favorites have returned, alongside exciting new additions like our Pumpkin Toffee Cake and Spiced Bundt Cake.

Moments like these are special for our team. We get to learn about what’s coming to the menu, the inspiration behind each creation, and, of course, the most enjoyable part — tasting them for ourselves.

Our culinary and pastry teams have poured so much care and creativity into each new offering, and we’re so excited for you to experience them for yourself.

Crisp on the outside, pleasantly soft within, and served with Chef Nick’s Lemon Tarragon Aioli, they’re a favorite for good reason.

Now, we’ve paired them with our “Girl Dinner” offering during Social Hour. Each Girl Dinner includes our Waffle Frites, your choice of salad, and a house martini made just the way you like it.

Enjoy with your favorite girls during Social Hour, Monday through Saturday from 4–6 p.m. and Sunday from 2:30–6 p.m.
