Celebrate fall at the first-ever Pumpkin Patch on Park Avenue! Located on the Winter Park City Hall lawn, Pumpkin Patch on Park brings a festive fall experience to the heart of Winter Park. Pick out the perfect pumpkin, snap a fall photo, and enjoy the season while strolling Park Avenue.

NEW MEMBER. LONGTIME PARK AVENUE NEIGHBOR. 🍷✨

We’re excited to officially welcome The Vintage Vault to the Park Avenue District community!

While they may be a new PAD member, The Vintage Vault is certainly not new to the Avenue.

Located on the 300 block of Park Avenue they’ve been part of the fabric of our downtown community for years — and there’s a lot happening inside those doors that you should know about.

Come for the thoughtfully curated w**e selection, but don’t stop there. The Vintage Vault is also a beautiful destination for unique gifts, gourmet finds, sandwiches, charcuterie and plenty of reasons to linger awhile.

🎃 ONE WEEK FROM TONIGHT: spooky season hits Central Park.

Our friends and Park Avenue District members at Enzian Theater are bringing Monster House to the big screen for October’s Popcorn Flicks in the Park, presented in partnership with the City of Winter Park.

Grab a blanket, pack some snacks and make a night of it downtown. This Halloween favorite is celebrating its 20th anniversary — and the screening is FREE and open to the public. 👻🍿

We’re wrapping up The Coffee Edit with a stop that is serving up all the flavors of fall.
At New General, owner Tracy Liffey and her team are thoughtful about what goes into every cup — including their house-made simple syrups, which are never made with cane sugar.

This fall, there are four special drinks on the menu, but one immediately caught our attention: the Apple Caramel Latte.

It’s cozy, it’s very fall, and that apple caramel syrup is made in-house and can be added to any drink!

We asked Tracy to tell us what makes it — and New General’s approach to everything they do — a little different.

Our next stop on Stroll Down the Avenue: The Coffee Edit is a true Park Avenue tradition: Barnie’s Coffee & Tea Co. Barnie's Coffee & Tea and the iconic Santa’s White Christmas Coffee or Santa's White Christmas Latte.

Coconut. Sweet caramel. Warm vanilla. Nutty undertones. There’s a reason this flavor has created some seriously devoted Barnie’s fans.

🎃 PUMPKIN PEOPLE WANTED.

We’re getting ready to bring the first-ever Pumpkin Patch on Park to life—and we need a few extra hands (and a little fall spirit) to make it happen.

The Park Avenue District is looking for volunteers to help us transform the Winter Park City Hall lawn into Pumpkin Patch on Park!

🍂 SETUP + DECORATING DAY
Friday, October 9th | 9 AM–2 PM
Help us unload pumpkins, decorate, set up photo ops and get the patch looking picture-perfect for opening day.

🎃 PUMPKIN PATCH VOLUNTEERS
October 10–25
Choose a date and shift that works for you! Help welcome guests, keep the patch looking great, assist with pumpkin purchases and be part of creating a fun new fall tradition in the heart of Winter Park.

No pumpkin experience required. 😉 We’ll show you everything you need to know.

And yes—students looking for community service hours are welcome!

☕️🍸 The Coffee Edit continues… and we’ve officially made it to happy hour.
National Coffee Day is next week and for a midweek afternoon pick-me-up, we’re stopping at The Imperial to see bartender, Tino, for a coffee done right: the Imperial Classic Creamy Espresso Martini.

Rich. Smooth. Just the right amount of buzz. And proof that coffee hour doesn’t have to end when the workday does.

☕️ Introducing Stroll Down the Avenue: The Coffee Edit
National Coffee Day is one week from today, and we’re continuing our Stroll Down The Avenue series and getting in the mood for fall on the Avenue the best way we know how: one sip at a time.
All week long, we’re strolling Park Avenue and sharing some of the coffee and coffee-inspired drinks worth stopping for — from your morning caffeine fix to something a little more cocktail hour.

First stop: The Glass Knife for the Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Foam. 🎃

An iced blend of creamy pumpkin, maple brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg with espresso and your milk of choice (we went oat), topped with cheesecake cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.

Fall in Florida may not come with sweater weather just yet… but we can certainly drink like it does. 🍂
