We say it all the time, but Richard’s truly wouldn’t be Richard’s without the community that continues to show up for us. You vote for us, recommend us, bring your friends, fill our tables and continue supporting this little coffee shop that has called Downtown Winter Haven home for 30 years. We never take that for granted. 🤍

And we have to say - we’re in some really great company on these pages. Winter Haven is full of incredible locally owned businesses, and every single nomination is worth celebrating. There’s room to cheer for each other, because when our local businesses win, our whole community wins. ✨

A huge thank you to Haven & LKLD + Destroyer Media for continuing to create something that celebrates the people, places and businesses that make our community what it is. Putting something like this together is no small task, and we appreciate the work that goes into giving our community a voice and our small businesses a moment to shine.

For Customer Appreciation Month, we handed over the menu and asked you to dream up our September specials and you absolutely understood the assignment. ✨

After so many fun (and seriously delicious) submissions, we narrowed it down to six customer-created drinks that we can’t wait for you to try!
