After two weeks off for vacation and a few unexpected repairs that unfortunately led to some canceled events, we’re officially back and ready to roll this August! 🍔🔥

We’ve got a full month ahead, and we’re excited to mix in some new specials alongside the Bacon Wake classics you’ve come to love.

August 12th also marks 2 years of Bacon Wake Food Truck, and it’s hard to put into words how grateful we are. Thank you to everyone across Central Florida who has booked us, supported us, shared our posts, stood in line for a burger, or simply believed in what we’re building.

Here’s to another year of serving great food, meeting great people, and making even more memories.

We are truly blessed to have such amazing food truck friends closeby!

For those of y’all who don’t know, this is Shane, Owner & Operator of BaconWake Food Truck.

When he heard about Lilly having to leave for PR with a family emergency, he called and said if we needed any help on the truck he would happily give us a hand.

Guess what? We needed it. 😐

This is what small business is all about - having each others backs no matter what! Thank you for all of your help at Lakeland Regional today brother, we owe you one big time!
