On March 11th Chef Steven Rojas and Friend Sommelier Eric Espuny of Domaine Leroy (Burgundy), work together again to create a memorable 4 course wine dinner featuring Brick and Mortar Winery from Healdsburg, California. Brick and Mortar wines are deeply rooted in California, but driven by French traditions. Highly site-driven, they create vibrant, age-worthy wines with a focus on sparkling wine. Each course will be adequately paired with one of their unique offerings. This event starts at 5:30pm.
