Not all margaritas are made the same. ⚠️

Many will give you heartburn because of the terrible bagged sour mix with heavy corn syrup & chemicals you can’t pronounce. Some will give you a weird taste from the cheap triple sec used (even in top shelf margs). & then half the salt from your rim found it’s way to the bottom of your drink because the bartender didn’t carefully rim just the outside 🤔 so now your last half of the drink is salty af.

But at Sauvage we start with a deep well water or spring water, additive free tequila (because no fancy syrup will change the taste of bad tequila). Then we add fresh pressed key lime juice (acid adjusted if needed during seasonal transitions). 50 brix agave measured perfectly to balance the acid. A hint of organic, fair trade kumquat liqueur. Then instead of a heavily salted rim there’s a beautiful maldon sea salt foam charged with eggwhite for the perfect texture & salt ratio. Shaken with love (love means filtered ice) & fine strained over a clear (also filtered) cube. Today, you want to “Skip The Rim Job.” 🍋‍🟩

Pair it with our Little Pig Tacos or Kilaueau Nachos for the best Cinco De Mayo ever! 🌮
