We will have these available for sale in a couple of weeks and wanted to treat you guys to a special little treat! These chocolate covered marshmallows will also be available in vanilla or chocolate marshmallows these two days and ultimately will be available in dark chocolate as well so stay tuned!

It's June! That means extra, extra rainbow marshmallows! It's always a fun day when I get to pull apart our most colorful marshmallows so I thought it would be fun to show you a little of what that looks like!
We make our rainbow marshmallows all year (they even have their own mascot sticker!) They are made of 6 layers of our classic vanilla all stacked on top of each other with just the right timing--too fast and they'll swirl together, too slow and they will have trouble adhering properly to each other. They are then cured in sheet pans for about 24 hours and then cut and pulled apart, like you see here. Marshmallows are sticky on all sides so our blend of arrowroot powder and powdered sugar is crucial to keep them from, well, being impossible to handle. The color shines through again after a few hours and they'll be ready for s'mores, boxes, or right on a stick. Make sure you get yours this Summer! Love is love and we are here to celebrate all of June (all the time, really! 🌈🎉)

Come out and see us at Feast Street! () A crazy cool food truck event (hot and spicy edition!) taking place at Hourglass Brewing! () We will have a special spicy s'more and there will be different levels of spicy available at all trucks (including not spicy at all--my favorite! 😂)
We will be out there from 4pm-9pm with all your favorites, banana pudding, chocolate "dirt" pudding, s'mores, frozen s'mores (***PERFECT for cooling off that palette after the spice challenge, btw) and so much s'more. Plant Based Frozen S'more! Available at all events, all summer long! Stuffed with Oatley vanilla "ice cream," rolled in our hand made graham crackers and mini chocolate chips, stuffed in a handmade vanilla marshmallow and topped with our chocolate drizzle. Have you tried our banana pudding?? It's made completely from scratch, the custard (with our own vanilla extract) the vanilla wafers, the fluff, all of it--except the bananas, of course.
We have our OG size and a brand new small size! (We also have just our marshmallow fluff available in those two sizes as well! Iykyk 🎉)

Unfortunately, we got whatever yucky sickness is going around and we are unable to make it tonight. We are so sorry for the inconvenience--we were really looking forward to being there! We will have the shortcake for the next couple of months, as long as the Florida strawberries are delicious, so we will be out there again as soon as we can!!
Thank you for your understanding--we have had quite a few interruptions and we are very much looking forward to getting back into the swing of thinfs with all of you! See you soon!

SHORTCAKE IS BACK! Here she is in her Triple Berry best (strawberries, raspberries, blueberry compote) but she also comes in classic Strawberry style.
Available at each service while they last, this scratch made buttermilk nice-and-salty biscuit makes the perfect foundation for Florida ripened strawberries, raspberries, and a blueberry compote layered with our marshmallow fluff for a just-right amount of sweetness. You've got to try these!

Starting 11/14 at Casselberry and markets (while they last!)
These are a little bit of an if you know, you know menu item and we are excited to have it back for the holiday season! Make sure to get one of your own so you can already start missing them when the season is over. Pining is in.
We are excited to be back out to our regular events and to see you again! We will be reintroducing our regular menu items (including banana pudding) back as soon as possible! We are a two person business and half of us had to get surgery so we are working our way back to being a whole two-person team again! We would love to be your dessert of choice out there and we look forward to seeing you!

Our newest pudding creature feature, I mean, creation, that is kicking off our Malloween S'morror Nights 2025 Season starting 9/12 at Casselberry, available for ubereats and local pickups on select weekend evenings in September and at all food truck events.
🍮WHAT IS IT?: scratch made vanilla and fresh squeezed lime pudding (if you like the base of our banana pudding, you're gonna love this!) layered with our brown butter graham cracker sandwich cookie crumbs topped with a layer of green, key lime curd "slime" and marshmallow fluff details.🍮
