This week we’re coming in hot with our Fried Street Chicken Tacos — three soft flour tortillas loaded with buttermilk-marinated fried chicken, Mexican street corn, pickled red onions, jalapeño avocado ranch, Cotija, fire-roasted habanero garlic sauce, cilantro, and a dusting of Tajín.
