The restaurant takes pride in perfectly cooking fresh, hand-cracked eggs 14 different ways. Menu categories include made-to-order omelets and benedicts, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches, as well as famous home fries, the Founder's recipe corned beef hash, and buttery, grilled blueberry muffins.
