We’re looking for an awesome Server / Waiter / Waitress to join Team No Bu****it at Big Bull Bar & Grill in Winston!

This is a rare primarily Monday through Friday position, with weekends only when needed. Great customers, busy shifts, good hourly pay PLUS serious tips, with combined earnings often in the $30–$48/hour range.

Best part? We’re not a 2 AM bar. Work hard, make good money, and still get home at a reasonable hour.

❤️🔥 LOVE WAS IN THE AIR AT BIG BULL! 🔥❤️

Now, some of you may have thought that was smoke… but around here, we call it LOVE. 😂

Tonight, young love officially made Big Bull Bar & Grill a little more romantic when Brax asked Jessi to be his girlfriend… and SHE SAID YES! ❤️

Flowers are nice. Fancy restaurants are fine. But asking your girl out at Big Bull? That’s romance done the Montana way. 🤠❤️

We couldn’t be happier for these two, and Big Bull would like to officially congratulate Brax & Jessi on making it official / Facebook official!!

We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes pride in what they do, and wants to be part of one hell of a crew.

Big Bull Bar & Grill isn’t your typical bar. We’re a busy restaurant with a full service bar, incredible customers, and a team that has each other’s backs. We believe in hard work, accountability, teamwork, and having fun while we’re doing it.

The best part? We aren’t a late night party bar. Our kitchen closes around 10 PM and we’re usually locked up shortly after 11 PM, so you can make great money and still have a life outside of work.

What You’ll Be Doing

As one of our closers, you’ll help finish every night the right way.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing outstanding customer service.
* Mixing drinks quickly, accurately, and responsibly.
* Checking IDs and following Montana liquor laws.
* Closing customer tabs and balancing cash accurately.
* Washing glassware and keeping the bar spotless.
* Cleaning and sanitizing the bar area.
* Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and supplies.
* Changing kegs when needed.
* Taking out trash and helping prepare the restaurant for the next day.
* Completing nightly closing procedures and securing the building.
* Jumping in wherever the team needs help. Around here, nobody says, “That’s not my job.”

What We’re Looking For
* Reliable and dependable.
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Fast paced and able to stay cool under pressure.
* Team first mentality.
* Honest, accountable, and willing to learn.
* Able to lift kegs, cases, and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
* Someone who takes pride in leaving the place better than they found it.
