Okay Coffee turns 1 (technically) this week, celebrating on September 13th, 10-3pm.

The economy is … something. We are forever grateful to our regulars and those who come in whenever they can. It isn’t made easy for small businesses, especially ones like ours, that are started from the ground - up, with no financial backing and just savings. Hoping to continue in Winston-Salem and keep growing. πŸ’•

Who wants spent coffee grounds for composting? We have about ~400 pounds :)

We can’t stand to see it go into the garbage, maybe you can make tasty veggies or beautiful flowers with it? The cool thing about using coffee for compost is that it’s high in Nitrogen naturally. A great additive for almost any plants! DM us for more details!

At Okay, we like to pick and choose certain coffees from certain roasters. We don’t necessarily go for β€œalliance” but what we personally love. We think certain coffees perform better with our brew method. Currently the 3 roasters we’ve been choosing from has been Anchor (Wilkesboro,NC) Loom (Greensboro,NC) & Counter Culture (Durham,NC).
