First day back from vacation. And a delivery truck seems to have hit my car, and left. Damage is to high up for anything other than a tractor trailer. Police report has been filed, and so far after talking to all the other shop owners. It seems there was only one delivery made in the plaza this morning, and it was a US Foods truck. Now we just have to prove it was him before I file an insurance claim. Unfortunately since the car is a 2014 all I carry for insurance is liability. So to collect any kind of insurance on this, I need to know who hit my car. Sharing pics so you can see the damage, and realize my car was parked straight and see how far the hit moved the car.

Past few days customers have been asking about black seed oil. So I did some research. It looks like black seed has a lot of healthy benefits. It helps with cardiovascular, type 2 diabetes, immunity, respitory, and anti-inflamatory. Now I do not carry the oil, but I do carry organic black seed which you can use in your diet to get all the health benefits, and you get to try new recipes, and find new foods you may really enjoy. And next time I order from this supplier I will get black seed oil as well. Enjoy your food, and have a great day.

Last of the new items that arrived this week added to the website. The tomato products from Italy and Hungary. The Gentile tomatos are in store only. I do not have a safe way to ship such a large jar safely right now.

The new tinned fish items are all listed on the website now in the Taste of Germany section. They can be used for so many different recipes, or eaten from the can as a nutritous snack or meal. Maybe use some of the French Sauerkraut as a side?

First batch of Sourwood Honey has arrived from ​Shade Lane Apiary Honey is located here in Winston Salem. Owned and operated by by Brad Niven. He also brought in some Wildflower Honey. The Sourwood has that light color with a hint of pink to it. Which is exactly what you are looking for in Sourwood Honey.
