It’s our very last day sweet friends💜😭
These cinnamon buns are my favorite pastry to prep, pretty sure I could do it with my eyes closed. The process is longer than most but the reward is an ooey gooey cinnamon bun perfectly paired with a large hot Stacey latte. I’m going to miss these days but will forever look back and know I helped sweeten the community that surrounds me and that makes my heart so full! Y’all rock and the support these last weeks has been enormous. I’ve enjoyed all the well wishes, tears and hugs, thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving my sweets💜 It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later.

Neal and Mary Pruett with Magic Beans coffee have become like family to me. Their support throughout this journey has been abundant. From emergency coffee drops, shop repairs, help at events, all the hugs, to home cooked meals at their peaceful abode. I have mad respect for these humans and am SO lucky to call them forever friends. Their dedication to air roasting the very BEST coffee around goes unmatched. Thank you for loving the brew these Magic Beans deliver! Don’t worry friends, they are not going anywhere. Stop by the shop grab one last cup and be sure to ask us where you can get your hands on those beans.

Having delicious gluten free options has been a passion of mine since opening Baked Just SO in 2017. Through the years I have devoted lots time and energy to developing recipes to please your GF palates. These cinnamon buns are one of the hardest and time consuming recipes I’ve ever worked on BUT I did it and these GF buns are simply yummy. We have a very limited amount between today and Saturday so come and get ‘em my GF buddies! See you soon! 3 more days💜

This past Saturday I had the privilege of enjoying one last coffee at Baked Just SO with my cousin, her husband and my man! She has supported me through the thickest of thick and has always made time to stop and see me on her travels. I am SO lucky to have the support of SO many near and far. Thanks cuz, I appreciate and love you tons💜

Our last week is here sweet friends, 5 more days of Baked Just SO. My staff and I are SO appreciative of all the love and support we’ve received over the last week, we have been busier than ever before. We are working our hardest to keep your favorites in stock and appreciate all the patience. Personally, I’m still an emotional wreck but as I prep my heart out I’m intentionally pouring SO much love and gratitude into each process and enjoying every second. I thank you for helping us go out with a bang!! See you soon💜

I have reached the very difficult decision to close the bakery. I have fought tirelessly for this shop for 6 fun, rewarding but also very difficult years. Unfortunately, I can no longer afford to keep the shop going and it’s time I move on to the next adventure. I’m not sure where my passion for baking will fit in just yet but I know I will find a way.

Every smile, every thank you, every hug, every piece of advice given and received and all your support has meant the world to me and I will forever cherish each moment. This has been an unbelievable experience that has allowed me to meet the most amazing people and do some of the most amazing things. I’m truly thankful for all the support, near and far.

Here are a few things to keep in mind as I navigate through our last weeks.
🍪 Our last day will be Saturday 6/3. 😢
🍪 Gift cards will be accepted through 5/27.
🍪 I will have all sorts of extras for sale; decorations and baking supplies! Let me know if you’re interested!
🍪 Please be kind and patient with my staff and I as we navigate this difficult move, we are all sad and nervous about what the future holds.
🍪 I will gladly be accepting all hugs and all words of encouragement so please come by before the end and remind me what you love about Baked Just SO💜
