This path led him through some of the most vibrant culinary cities in the U.S. and the Caribbean, including luxury resorts, yacht clubs, and multi-venue operations.
With a foundation in classical technique and over 30 years of leadership experience, Chef Robert's approach is both disciplined and adventurous. His signature style combines global flavors with traditional craftsmanship, weaving Italian, Spanish, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and Asian influences into dishes that are at once familiar and surprising. Each plate he creates is a testament to intention, with bold flavors balanced by restraint, and creativity anchored by precision.
