Dearest Friends, Family, & Guests,

It comes with saddened hearts and bitterswest feelings to let you all know that Padres will be closing its doors after the day of Saturday, May 23rd. As we're sure most have been aware, the building has been on the market for quite some time, as our owner Alan has been deserving of a well earned retirement after 40 years of serving the communifty. As a team, we wish we could have more time, but this decision has not been made with haste.

Personally,
We would like to thank the guests that have been like family to us, the guests that have ordered week to week, and also the newest guests that have only had the opportunity to recently join us.

We'd also like to thank Lacey, the original operator, who created the recipes we have been lucky to inherite and cherish, and taught us how to make the best margaritas around!

We would also like to give the biggest thank you to owner Alan, who has been the largest guiding light and foundation of our success; the father figure to all of us, the greatest mentor, and our sole encourager. We could never know what employee appreication and loyalty was without him.

We hope in the last 2 weeks to come we'll have your support and understanding, and we hope you'll all have the time to dine with us and cheers a drink with us one last time.
