Hi, Morning Light friends. Due to an unexpected family emergency from our family across the globe, we will be CLOSED temporarily starting the week of 1/29 until end of February. We will aim to reopen in early March. BUT! We are still open tomorrow (Sunday 1/25) for our regular hours if you’d like to come through before we temporarily close!

Hello, Morning Light Friends!

For those of you who are wondering if Mooncakes are happening again this year, YES!! We will have them this week ONLY (10/2 - 10/5)!!!

As our family have been kept a bit extra busy this year with our one-year-old member, we are unfortunately unable to do in advance orders earlier, but we will split the quantities throughout the week from Thursday to Saturday so customers who are able to check our online ordering page can place an order the day prior, we will turn some on for ordering and some for the day for those that aren’t familiar with online ordering! First come, first serve! For Sunday, it’s doable if you inquire with us!

For this year’s Mooncake flavors, we are doing:
- Red Bean Paste with Egg Yolk
- Lotus Seed with Egg Yolk
- Mixed Nuts
- Winter Melon (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free but Egg washed)
- Rice Moon Cake with Mung Bean Paste (Gluten-Free and Vegan)

Thank you all for your understanding and continuing supports!! (Also Hailey will be on duty this weekend as well, unless we are walking around the Winooski Circle!)

Hi, Morning Light friends!!

Just a heads up that our bakery will be taking a short time off as our little one is turning one-year-old pretty soon, our family on the other side of the globe is eager to meet her, therefore we have decided to be taking a time-off so we can all celebrate her 1st birthday milestone!!

With this being said, our bakery will be OPEN for the remaining of this weekend and CLOSED between 8/14/2025 and 8/31/2025, REOPEN on Thursday 9/4/2025.

We thank you all for your understanding, and can’t wait to share all the stories and adventures that Ken’s family has on the other side with you all when we are back!

🚰 Important Update 🚰

Because of the City of Winooski’s latest Hot Water Notice, Morning Light will be CLOSED tomorrow and may remain closed this Friday as well. We’ll reopen the moment the notice is lifted and our water service is safe.

We know how much you crave for our pastries and bobas every week, thank you for rolling with us while we keep everyone safe.

Happy Lunar New Year, friends!! 🧧

As for this year, we want to share the joy and good luck to our customers in a fun way with a little giveaways this weekend, first-come, first-serve with limited quantity!

Once you made a qualifying purchase, you will be able to take home a cute little snake decoration that you can put on your work desk, home table, inside your car, etc… wherever you see fits! This will then bring you good luck in the year of the snake!
