It’s that time of year I look forward to every spring when the crabs molt and you can eat the whole darn thing! Cornmeal crusted, panfried soft shell crab served piping hot in a toasted hoagie bun w/ house remoulade sauce, sliced local tomatoes, and shredduce! Served w/ roasted poblano pepper & cheese cornbread
