Wednesday: Chicken salad sandwich and side. XL baked potato (plain, pork or brisket).
Thursday: German sausage with side and bun. Big Pig sandwich and side.
Friday: Brisket over mashed potatoes and gravy with veggie and bun.
Saturday: TBD
We will also likely have pork bombs available later this week.
