With heavy hearts, we want to share that I, Liz Johnson, and my fellow server, Becky Schneider, are no longer at the restaurant. We spent years serving and connecting with you, and over our time there many of you became not just our customers, but our friends, confidants, and mentors.
I’m sharing this myself because we’ve been a team, and after all these years of serving you, we didn’t expect to go like this. We watched your kids grow up, learned your orders by heart, met your families, and just want to say thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your lives for so long.
Those connections made Great Hunan so much more than just a job to us-it was our second home, and a huge part of our lives. In the end, it became clear that loyalty and longevity doesn't mean as much as we (maybe naively) thought it should, and we hope see you all again in an environment where respect is mutual.
