As Project Expand Greenhouse gets underway, please be patient with us and use a little extra caution when entering and exiting our drive-thru and parking lot.

And one very important construction rule: if you see a cone, it means “DON’T GO THIS WAY!” 😂🚧

Things may look a little different from day to day, so if you’re ever confused about the best way to exit, just ask us — we’re happy to point you in the right direction!

Join the Greenhouse Coffee Team

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Baristas who are excited to be part of every aspect of café operations. While crafting quality coffee and espresso drinks is an important part of the role, our baristas also help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have graduated high school or be otherwise no longer enrolled in high school. This position is ideal for young adults seeking a flexible, team-oriented work environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include taking customer orders, preparing beverages, assembling food items and sandwiches, organizing and packaging food orders, restocking inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the team wherever needed throughout the shift. You’ll help keep both the front counter and behind-the-scenes operations running efficiently during busy and slower periods alike.

The ideal candidate is positive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We value team players who take initiative, communicate well, and are willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Previous coffee experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are even more important.
