EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ✨
If you’ve ever walked into The Boathouse and immediately felt welcomed with a smile… chances are you’ve met Dana! 💙⚓️
Dana has been part of The Boathouse family for a little over 2 years (in two separate rounds — because once you’re Boathouse family, you always find your way back 😄). As one of our hosts, she’s the very first impression guests get when they walk through our doors, and she absolutely shines at it.
Whether she’s greeting regulars by name, helping guests feel right at home, or making sure everyone starts their dining experience with a smile, Dana brings warmth and kindness everywhere she goes. Honestly… she may know half the community by name between working at the Warsaw Public Library, being involved with Wagon Wheel Community Theatre, and all she does around town! 📚🎭
When we asked Dana about her favorite Boathouse memory, she said:
