IT’S ALMOST UNDER 90°! Everybody stay calm. 😂🍂 We’re not saying fall is here, but we ARE saying it’s almost nice enough outside to remember what September is supposed to feel like. Perfect excuse for Trivia Night tonight!

Your boss said you deserve a drink!!

Okay, maybe they didn’t. But we did.

Come sit down, have a drink, eat something crunchy, and forget what you were supposed to be doing for a while.

We support that kind of behavior. 🍻🍷

Tonight’s a great night to find out just how confidently you can be wrong. 😂🧠

Grab your crew, come have a few drinks, argue over answers you’re positive are right, and then blame someone else when they’re not. 🍻😂

Who’s bringing the team that thinks they can take everybody down tonight? 👀

☀️🌊 Well… we survived another Barrel House Summer Party! 🍻😂

We traded tickets, aprons, ringing phones and “WHO RANG THIS IN?!” for a day at Lake Cypress — and somehow managed to have a great time together. 😂

This year we also celebrated FIVE of our crew members hitting their 5-YEAR mark with us! 🥳 Linden, Susie, Will, Sarah, Deeva and Bianca. That’s five years of crazy shifts, questionable decisions, customer stories you couldn’t make up, and somehow STILL choosing to come back to work. 😂❤️ Seriously though, we appreciate them and are lucky they’ve stuck around!

Big shoutout to The Stand for supplying the snow cones and Winnsboro Domino's for feeding a group of restaurant employees who apparently act like they’ve never seen food before. 🍕😂

The water slides and slip & slide brought out everyone’s inner child (and reminded some of us that we are definitely NOT children anymore 😬😂), and the lake was super refreshing (for most of the staff). 🌊

There was plenty of food, plenty of laughs, a whole lot of chaos and absolutely ZERO tables asking us for ranch. 🙌😂

All jokes aside, we’ve got one hell of a crew and we’re thankful for every one of them.

We were so busy having fun, we didn't get pictures! 🤳📸

Another Barrel House Summer Party successfully in the books! ❤️🍻

Labor Day is supposed to be the unofficial end of summer, so does that mean someone is about to turn the East Texas thermostat down?! 😂🍂🤞

Either way, GENERAL TRIVIA is on! No theme, no studying required—just random questions, cold drinks, good food, and your smartest friends… or at least the friends who think they’re the smartest.

And fall… whenever you're ready, WE'RE READY. 🍂😂

Today, we’re tipping our hats to the one and only Dolly Parton. 💗✨

A legend who has given us decades of music, laughter and heart.

So naturally, we’re honoring Dolly the best way we know how… with good food and a good drink. 🤠

🍹 THE DOLLY — our special pink Dolly-inspired cocktail
🔥 JOLENE’S HOT HONEY GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST— sweet, spicy and absolutely worth fighting Jolene over.

Come raise a glass, grab some dinner and help us celebrate a true country music icon. 💕🎶

Dolly, we will always love you. 🤍

🎒 Good luck to all students, teachers, and staff. We hope it's the best year yet!

What was the BEST thing you ever found in your school lunch?
🥪 Homemade cookies?
🍕 Leftover pizza?
🍎 Fruit snacks?

And... what was the one thing you hoped your parents didn't pack? 😂

Our A/C's are still on the payroll... They are just getting their butts kicked by this 100° Texas heat. 🥵

Between our kitchen putting out great food and the front doors opening and closing with everyone coming in to cool off, it's fighting an uphill battle.

We're doing everything we can to keep things as comfortable as possible. So relax, be compassionate... and have another cold b**r. 🍺

Thanks for hanging in there with us while Mother Nature cranks the thermostat to "surface of the sun." ☀️
