Well I made it to the finish line for 2023! Christmas cookies are out the door and I loved how my Christmas boxes turned out!
BTB boxes were a hit and I hope your family enjoys decorating as much as I do 🥰
It was hands down my busiest week since I started my business in September. My body reached a new level of exhaustion and small amount of sleep deprivation 😂 so below are some stats for this week along with this month.
This week:
# of cookies made: 576
Pounds of flour: 34
Pounds of butter: 11
# of nights in bed before 1am: 0
This month:
# of cookies: 900
Pounds of flour: 50
Pounds of butter: 20
# of cakes/dz cupcakes: 7
# of times I felt blessed that people loved my baking: everyday
