Hey there, Colorado! I'm Nate, and I'm thrilled to share a piece of my Louisiana home with you. I've been stirring pots and perfecting recipes since I was about eight years old, learning the secrets of true Louisiana soul food from generations of family cooks. While the Rocky Mountains are beautiful, there's always been a part of me that craved the vibrant flavors and hearty meals of the bayou.

That's why I started Nate's Plates. Living here in Colorado, I've come to love my neighbors and this community, and my biggest joy is bringing people together over a fantastic meal. And when it comes to fantastic meals, nothing beats a huge batch of authentic Louisiana cooking!

Get ready for generous servings of Jambalaya, Crawfish Étouffée, Gumbo, crispy Fried Shrimp and Chicken, legendary Crawfish Boils, savory Boudin, and perfect Hushpuppies, and so much more.
