The Windsor Diner is best known for it's traditional American food. Some of the most popular items on the menu are our fresh hamburgers and homemade fries & onion rings. We also have many homemade desserts. Come in and try our homemade meatloaf or macaroni & cheese which are included on our daily delights menu or come & try one of our daily specials.

This is the next update

My sign is back on the building and will have electricity back to it

The entrance is almost rebuild and revived it was not an original part of the diner so we chose to upgrade it to compliment the rest of the project

The outside back kitchen is sided and trimmed

Contractors meeting tomorrow to discuss the next set of work orders , walkin , freezer, hood and refridgeration once this set of items is well on the way the Ansul system can be installed.

Landscaping on the front is done , I planted w small shrubs called bejeweled they will have rose colored blooms.

This is what is holding everything up
I figured I would post a picture because from the outside you have no clue , and from the inside it speaks a story

It’s been one thing at a time , now we have a completed ceramic tile floor by my choice now we can move on to plumbing and the hoods and finish work for the walkins and bathrooms

That is what you see on the above pictures I’m a happy to answer questions

Today I’m protecting the floor w ram board so the contractors will be able to bring things on without scratching and ruining the new floor !

Follow the diners page if you want updates I’ll keep posting as these milestones are complete that’s easier at this point than guessing an open date which is very undetermined until everyone completes their jobs so I can get a health inspection 🧐 new license to operate and all the insurances and so forth to continue on w my diner family of customers that is greatly missed

If you have not been to T’s Coffee Shop in claremont please try it out , tomorrow is my one year of business over there, cake 12-4 tomorrow to celebrate a successful year and a new 2 year lease to continue.

Windsor diner progress this week

Bathrooms floors
Walkin building custom framing
Sub flooring main kitchen next few weeks
Address for the new location is set up for mail and a mailbox is set up to receive mail , which the post office will rejoice over I assure you !!
Our new mailing address is 161 Main Street , Windsor vt 05089.
I will start doing weekly updates the next task is the hood and exhaust systems at this time we cannot commit to an opening date we are just working on getting closer to making it happen
