It's a lovely Sunday morning.

For muffins, we have baked raspberry chocolate, blackberry ginger, blueberry, definitely chocolate, dark chocolate peanut butter, and bran.

We are also baking chocolate chip, m&m, the snickerdoodle, sugar, and molasses cookies this morning.

As part of our remodel, we converted the bank vault and do some cozy seating. I hope you get a chance to try it out.

Happy Saturday!

Today we have baked up a variety of goodies for you!

On the muffin front we have bran, raspberry, raspberry chocolate chip, triple berry, gluten free lemon poppy seed, gluten free blueberry lemon poppy seed, cinnamon swirl, chocolate chip, and Heath.

For scones we have cranberry orange, lemon, bacon cheddar, and gluten free blueberry.

You will also find a fresh batch of Breakfast Sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, and an assortment of croissants and other delicious goodies.

It's a beautiful Friday morning and we are baking up a plethora of delicious items.

For muffins, we have baked bran, raspberry, raspberry chocolate, triple berry, blueberry, cranberry apple, cranberry apple walnut, and gluten-free lemon poppy seed.

Our current crop of scones include lemon cream, cranberry orange, bacon cheddar, and gluten-free blueberry.

As the morning keeps moving on, we will be making m&m, chocolate chip, sugar, molasses, and gluten-free monster cookies.

Windsor Fest is across the street tomorrow. It will make for a fun Saturday in downtown Windsor. 😊

Happy Thursday!!

For this lovely morning, we have baked loads of bran, raspberry, raspberry chocolate, triple berry, blueberry, cinnamon swirl, chocolate chip, banana, banana chocolate chip, and Elvis muffins.

As the morning progresses, we are baking peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chip, and molasses cookies. Come on down and check out our brand new seating including the lovely blue couch. It is so comfy! 😊

Happy Wednesday!

This is day three of our reopening and we have worked out most of the new steps with our remodeled space. Clearing out all the smoke from the fire in July took longer than anticipated, but we are happy to be back serving you.

Our fresh muffins this morning include blueberry, triple berry, bran, cinnamon swirl, chocolate chip, butterscotch, and gluten-free lemon poppy seed.

Later this morning, we will be baking chocolate chip, M&M, sugar, and gluten-free monster to add to the molasses and oatmeal raisin cookies on the shelf.

A fresh round of breakfast sandwiches have been made. The breakfast sandwiches are eggs, sausage, pepper jack cheese all on our bacon cheddar scone. We we were tempted to do smoked sausage but we've had enough smoke for a while. 😉

The final concrete has been poured and the new counter is in. We will have new seating outside on picnic tables near the ramp, more seating inside, and even some cushy seating in the vault (the original building was a bank). Things are moving along but I'm not sure when we will be able to reopen. Definitely not too many days out.
