Nearly five years ago, a dream became reality when Grammy Carol helped open the doors of Cast Iron Creamery.

Since then, she’s become so much more than an owner. She’s been a smiling face behind the counter, a listening ear, a warm hug, and a friend to so many in our community. She’s watched little ones grow up, celebrated your milestones, remembered your favorite flavors, and made this little ice cream shop feel like home.

The truth is, Cast Iron Creamery simply wouldn’t be what it is today without her.

As Grammy Carol prepares to move back home to Indiana, we’d love for our community to have one last chance to say goodbye.
