Manuel Estrada, owner has been in the restaurant business for twenty three years and took over owner ship of Anthony's in May 15, 2002. He learned his craft working in Italian restaurants. There are more than fifteen types of gourmet pizzas to choose from, which like all the other gourmet pizzas comes in two sizes, Medium (15'') and Large (17''). Anthony's extensive menu includes, of course, hot and cold subs; Italian sandwiches, soups, hamburgers, cold platters such as antipasto , salads and dinners. For those who enjoy pasta Anthony's offers Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Spaghetti and meatballs, Manicotti, Stuffed shells, Chicken and Veal Parmesan, Rigatoni Vodka, Fettuccini Alfredo and Eggplant Parmesan. Salad and bread accompany all the pasta dinners. For dessert, cannolis, cheese cake, and tiramasu are a pleasant finish. For those planning a party, Anthony's has Italian party trays to go. Trays serve 14 to 18 or 24 to 28. They will make trays of lasagna, baked ziti, stuffed shells, antipasto, meatballs or tossed salad. Anthony's is open seven days a week and is located at 829 Male Road at Wind Gap Plaza.
