We just wanted to make you aware of this!

Tax Rate Change Effective July 1

Beginning July 1, Frederick County will begin collecting a 6% Meals Tax on prepared food and ice cream.

Because of this, the total sales tax on your purchase will increase to 11.3%.

Tax Breakdown:

* Virginia Sales Tax: 5.3%
* Frederick County Meals Tax: 6%
* Total Tax: 11.3%

Please note that our menu prices have not increased. Any difference you see at checkout is due solely to this new tax required by Frederick County.
