La Niçoise Café is the culmination of one man’s dream.

After achieving mastery over his craft within the cafes and bistros throughout Nice, Paris, and St. Tropez, Frederic Boukaïa's ambition and drive led him to America. Since 1979, Frederic’s skill as a restauranteur contributed to the success of such French-American eateries as DC’s La Niçoise, La Chaumière, The Rive Gauche, Virginia’s L’auberge Chez Francois, Tuscarora Mills, and Eiffel Tower Café.

"We have succeeded if, after you depart, your thoughts remain on when you might return,"Frederic Boukaïa. Whether simply enjoying soup and a sandwich, or a meal and good wine with friends, you will be in no hurry to leave. Delivery is available within a 2 mile radius. Reservations are not required, but are recommended. Gift certificates are available.
