CTY family, it has been a wild ride to say the least. From the early days with the Foodtruck to opening the HQ you have shown nothing but love and support every step of the way. It is that support that kept the passion and fire burning to come in and keep cooking. This is one of the hardest posts I have ever written. There have been many drafts, deletions, and changes. The restaurant industry is hard. More than half close in the first year. We have made it 3, with 2 of them being in the midst of a pandemic. I’m extremely proud of our team, our food and what we have accomplished.

With that being said, I am sorry to say that Friday, June 10th will be our last day. It is time to close this chapter and see what the next one holds. I am forever grateful.

Happy Thursday! There are lot of changes happening around our CTY world, and it will be affecting our ability to run lunch service normally. WE WILL BE CLOSED TODAY (May 26th) but plan on being here from 11-3 tomorrow before Memorial Day weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Hey y’all, and happy Wednesday! Due to a staffing shortage and some issues out of our control, we will be closed today and tomorrow (Wednesday 5/18 and Thursday 5/19). We will re-open for service on Friday 5/20 at 11 am! Come and try our soup du jour which is a delicious potato, leek and bacon delight! You don’t want to miss it! See ya then!
