🌈 Here is the recipe for these delicious Lucky Charms rice crispy treats so you can make them with your family at home! 🌈

Lucky Charms Rice Crispy Treats:

1 stick butter, melted
16 oz marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
3 cups rice crispy cereal
3 cups lucky charms cereal

In a medium saucepan, melt butter, then add the marshmallows, stirring until we’ll combined. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and both cereals, and sprinkles, stir well until all the cereal is thoroughly coated with the marshmallow mixture. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet into an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick. Top with extra sprinkles and some extra lucky charms marshmallows if you like, cool completely, then enjoy!!

There’s nothing like fresh from the oven, warm, gooey cinnamon rolls. This recipe is not for the faint of heart… topped with a thick and fluffy cream cheese buttercream, these delicious cinnamon rolls will have you totally addicted with the first bite! My boys love these, and they make the perfect addition to your weekend brunch or even just a special afternoon treat!

The BEST homemade Cinnamon Rolls:

1 cup warm milk (110-120 degrees F works best)
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
*combine and add 1 tbsp sugar, let sit until bubbly about 5 minutes
___________
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
5 cups all purpose flour, sifted
3/4 cup heavy cream
*combine ingredients along with yeast mixture, stir until soft dough ball forms. Let dough rise in greased bowl, covered until doubled in size. About 1 hour. ** pro tip: heat your oven to the lowest setting (usually about 170 degrees F), then turn it off….add a pan full of boiling water to the bottom rack, and let dough rise inside the oven.
_____________
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 oz softened butter
*mix together
Roll out dough to about 1/2 thick, spread filling over dough. Roll up and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices, place side by side on a greased baking dish, cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
_____________
Bake at 350 degrees F about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly and add your favorite topping. I always make a thick and fluffy cream cheese buttercream. It’s sooo good! You can also top with your favorite jam, cinnamon apples, fresh fruit with a cream cheese icing…. The possibilities are endless!
