Our June menu is packed full of all the flavors of late spring and early summer! A few new additions include;
Lime in the Coconut- a key lime and coconut posset topped with graham cracker crumble, mango fluid gel and toasted coconut
Goat Cheese Stuffed Ratatouille- an elevated play on the French classic, summer squash and eggplant layered with goat cheese and finished with a savory red pepper and tomato puree
Melon Gazpacho- cool, refreshing and perfect for these hot days! Honeydew, cantaloupe and cucumber gazpacho topped with chili oil, fresh mint, pickled onion and charred corn
Umami Black Cod- inspired by Japanese flavors, this skin on filet is marinated in soy and miso then broiled. Served alongside blistered bok choy, sweet and sour glazed carrots and fried forbidden black rice
Three Little Pigs- Chorizo and bacon stuffed pork tenderloin porchetta, served overtop white bean and tomato casolette and southern style collard greens. This elevated play on classic soul food, 'pork & beans' will have you asking for more
