Today, someone drove by in a truck and yelled, “Ching Chong Bing Bong” at me. THAT WASN’T A JOKE- IT WAS RACISM !!
Kids aren’t born with that kind of hate. They learn it somewhere. Do better, parents. Do better, parents. Teach kindness, respect, and empathy instead of hate. We can do better than this. 🙂🙂 Thank You!!!

📢 Vacation Notice

Amy’s Asian Kitchen will be closed from July 13 through August 13 as I head back to Vietnam for a much-needed family reunion.

We will reopen on August 14.

Thank you all for your incredible support, kindness, and loyalty. It means more than you know. I’m excited to spend time with my family—and, of course, I’ll be bringing back lots of goodies and new ideas to share with you all when I return!

A huge thank you to Tim for doing an amazing job on yesterday’s roasted pig! ❤️

Our day started at 4:30 a.m. getting everything prepped and ready. We were completely worn out—but it was 100% worth it.

Most of all, thank you to all of our amazing customers for always trusting and supporting us. Because of you, we completely sold out! We barely managed to save ourselves about 2 pounds to take home. 😂🐷

Thank you for making another pig roast such a huge success. We truly appreciate every one of you! ❤️

Crispy crackling. Juicy, tender meat. Slow-roasted for hours until it’s just right.
