For those willing to brave the rain we have a stormy salmon special to save the dinner day! Chef Rob is whipping up these beautiful salmon croquettes with a delicious Orange fennel salad. Pickled red onions, mixed greens, frisee, mint, carrots, pinenuts & Parmesan shavings. Drilled with blood orange vinegarette dressing! Reservations are filling fast!
