We have officially closed on the sale of the shop. I won’t post a pic of myself bc I’ve been crying all day lol!

This will be my last post, after today the new owners will be managing this page.

I will leave yall with this…

When someone tells you your crazy, let that fuel your fire

Love every step of the process, even when you feel there there is nothing left to love

I started this company with an astounding obsession and YouTube…

You don’t need a college degree, you don’t need investors, you don’t need loans

You need patience, audacity, passion, and a want to make your dreams come to life.

I love you all with the deepest parts of my soul. In this journey over the past eight years will be told to generations of Clarks for years to come.

❤️The end of an era❤️
This will be a long post so I will get right to the point then if you wish to read my mushy text you are more than welcome to!

Fair Dinkum Coffee Shop has been sold. Our last day of operation will be December 21, 2025. The new owners are a beautiful family here in Wimberley, Texas. Our contract states that our entire staff will be welcomed with open arms to the new owners and all gift cards currently in circulation will be honored with the new owners for the entire year of 2026.

Over the past eight years I have dedicated 100% of my soul to this business. Starting from nothing and growing this business into something beyond my wildest dreams.

 When we started, we were bound and determined to make a difference in every single life that we encountered, and we did just that.

The past eight years has been single-handedly one of the most amazing things I’ve ever got to experience in my entire life. We have created timeless friendships, mastered our craft & donated as much money we possibly could into our community’s.

From the bottom of my heart, I can’t tell you how much each and every single one of you has impacted my life in a way that never thought was possible. This has been more of the most emotional decisions I’ve ever made in my entire life.

The memories that have been created over the past eight years is something I will cherish my entire life & pass on for generations to come.

 So what’s next for the Clarks?  we will be staying in Wimberley and purchasing a large parcel of land to build a family compound on.
Our time and energy will be focused on creating a timeless space for our kids and grandkids. We are also in the very early stages of developing long-term affordable self sustaining rentals for people on fixed incomes.

 I love you all with the deepest parts of my soul, and I’m so thankful for each and everyone of you❤️

We received a call last night from someone concerned because her mom had not been on her oxygen machine because it was overloading due to the air conditioner. We were fortunate enough to bring her a generator this morning thanks to our supporters. Hope you are doing better Ms Bea.❤️ Everyone be sure to check on our elderly!🇺🇸
