Chez Pierre is located in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., famous for its history, art, and the highly regarded thoroughbred race track, where thousands of visitors flock each racing season. Chez Pierre is the quintessential family-owned and run restaurant, launched in 1963 by husband and wife Joe and Pierrette Baldwin, who named the restaurant after their son, Pierre. Joe met his wife in France and fell in love with her country's exquisite cuisine. He studied the art of French cooking under a renowned chef until he mastered his culinary skills, talents he now uses in his own restaurant’s kitchen. Pierrette, a native of Nancy, France, carried the ambiance of the French countryside to the restaurant, giving patrons a multi-sensory dining experience with expressions in the French language and picturesque murals on the walls.

Here is Chez Pierre’s schedule for the final week of the Saratoga Racing season:

Tuesday 9/1 thru Saturday 9/5 at 5pm. This will be the schedule thru the end of October.
( Briefly closed 9/20-9/23). Don’t worry… I’ll remind you of this in a future post- I’m very good at my job!!

My agent ( aka- Dad) just secured me a great contract for the next year! He’s the Best!!
To celebrate we are closed tomorrow (6/30) but will reopen Wednesday, 7/1 at 5pm. We will be open SATURDAY, July 4th 🇺🇸! Last week to order the French Lobster Roll and then it retires to the vault for another year.
