I just wanted to let everyone know I’ve been trying to to be able to reopen I’ve been working every day dealing with so much paperwork and well companies and plumbers and the state to make sure this water is safe and correct before we reopen this is caused from the owners of buildings neglect and now they are fighting with me that they don’t have the money for the final repairs to open but it’s there responsibility to take care of this my insurance will not cover any of my loss’s over the past 2 months I have lost $70,000 so far cause of them my insurance says in the lease it is the owners responsibility of the well and piping and the state and town also says it’s there responsibility to cover all cost and loss’s from this situation I already have spent over $250,000 in repairs on this building in 2 .5 years and I have $200,000 in equipment so a total of $450,000 I have invested into this restaurant and 15 years of hell 4 major surgeries a broken neck a failed marriage time away from my child to make a career for myself and these low life owners have put a hold on my whole career and put stress on me on how I’m going to proceed to keep supporting my family and all the pain I’ve endured to make my career and it’s up in the air right now so I’m very sorry to everyone that comes to Marcus ps for all these years and all the support you gave to me during all my surgeries and struggles in life and still have my back Thankyou to everyone I love you all and miss everybody hopefully god has my back to make things work out for the best I will keep in touch sorry it took so long to post what has been going on
