Yesterday this beauty arrived — marking another step forward in the Chaos Coffee rebuild.

BEFORE ANYONE ASKS: YES, we’ve made a few adjustments. YES, we’ve learned some things. And YES, we’re still crazy enough to roast our own coffee!

This new roaster is ventless which means it’s designed a little differently than what we’ve used in the past. We took a hard look at what happened, learned from it, and invested in equipment that helps us move forward with even more confidence.

Because if there’s one thing we’ve learned through all of this it’s that you don’t stop doing what you love because something went wrong. ❤️

You learn.

You rebuild.

You improve.

And then you get back to work.

Fresh-roasted Chaos is coming soon. ☕🔥❤️

Find something beautiful and share it with me, PLEASE!! 🙏

Maybe it’s a sunrise. Maybe it’s your favorite person. Maybe it’s a muddy baseball field, a fishing hole, a mountain view, a baby giggle, an old family photo, or your dog asleep on the couch.

Beauty doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes it’s found in the most ordinary moments. ❤️

So let’s do something fun! 😁

📸 Drop a photo in the comments of something you think is beautiful.

I’ll start with this reminder: even after the hardest days, there’s still beauty to be found if we’re willing to look for it. 😉

Let’s fill this comment section with the things that make life worth slowing down for. ❤️

(Mine is in the comments! 😉)

Show me your beautiful. ⬇️

I’ve been quiet for a couple of days. Mostly because my energy and attention had shifted to an external source that has now resolved itself, but I was also kind of seeking some personal time to think over a really important decision.

We all know the fire we experienced here at Chaos damaged our building, but what it didn’t do was destroy our brand. SO many of you have been sharing posts, checking in, telling stories, and showing up because of what Chaos means to you and, to be honest, I have spent years teaching people that “Chaos” isn’t destruction. It’s real life. It’s messy, unpredictable, resilient, and somehow still beautiful. And if there was ever a moment that proved that message, it was this fire.

Fires feel so random and unfair, so it’s natural for some people to search for a reason that makes it feel more understandable (ME INCLUDED) and sometimes that turns into comments like, “Well, the name was Chaos”.

For the record — Chaos has never meant destruction. It DOES mean:
• Life is messy.
• People don’t have to be perfect to belong.
• Community can thrive even when things aren’t neatly organized.
• You can laugh, adapt, and keep moving forward when life throws you a curveball.

So really, to me, Chaos has never meant disaster. It’s always meant finding beauty, community, and purpose in life’s messy moments. If anything, the last couple of weeks have shown me exactly why the name fits.

I guess what I’m trying to say is this — I love what Chaos has built and will continue to build! The friendships, the connections, the belief that this is a place where everyone belongs. ❤️

Long story short — I’m glad you’re used to the name “Chaos” because it’s not going anywhere. ❤️

We have received a couple of referrals already, but I feel like I know someone who is in this field and we’d rather give you the business than a complete stranger.

Am I crazy or is there a follower on this page in this specialty?

Feel free to tag yourself (or someone else if you happen to have a connection) and we’ll reach out!

We already have a GC, Electrician and Plumber —
We’re really just looking for the initial clean out and cleanup from the fire.

It’s been one week since the fire.

Seven days.
168 hours.
10,080 minutes.

Not that we’re counting or anything….

This past week included fire investigators, insurance conversations, walkthroughs, phone calls, paperwork, and enough coffee-less stress to qualify as cruel and unusual punishment.

But it has also included something else:

An absolutely overwhelming amount of support.

The messages. (That I still suck at looking at…my ❤️ isn’t completely ready.)
The donations. (Operation Santa!! It’s still on your minds, too, and I love that!!)
The offers to help. (Oh my goodness…WE PROMISE TO CALL ON YOU! We’ll definitely need the help when it’s time for painting and rebuilding!)
The people refusing to let us forget that Chaos is bigger than four walls and a roof. ❤️❤️❤️

So let’s do a little roll call today!!

How did YOU discover Chaos Coffee Company??

Who dragged you in?
What was your first drink?
How long have you been part of this wonderfully chaotic family?

Tell us below. ⬇️

If you’re new here (and believe me when I say we’ve gained so many new followers after the fire), I hope you’ll stick around, cheer us on and if you ever get the chance — I HOPE YOU VISIT!! 🫶🏻

Because one week later, we’re still here and THANKS TO ALL OF YOU, we’re not going anywhere. ❤️

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Chaos Coffee has successfully reduced its wait time to zero minutes!

Unfortunately, we’ve also reduced our ability to serve coffee to zero….so it’s kind of a wash. 😉🤷🏻‍♀️

One thing I’ve learned this week is that you can be grateful, stressed, frustrated, hopeful, exhausted, sad or lost and still find something to laugh about.

That’s kind of been the Chaos way from the beginning.

If this post gives you a chuckle, good. We could all use one right now. ❤️☕
