Welcome to 2026! Carolina Cheese is pausing service at least for the remainder of January, maybe longer, maybe forever. We would like to continue but the truth is sales do not support expenses, and we either need to find a new way forward or head for the exit. It is impossible to offer what I consider a reasonable price on our products, and I just will not charge $15 for a sandwich like some places do. I'd rather close. If anyone out there has an interest in taking it over, please let me know. We sincerely appreciate all the constant positive comments. We really believe we have the best sandwiches around.
