🍎 Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Tender pork tenderloin stuffed with apple, sage + herbs, finished with sage brown butter and served over sautéed broccolini with Parmesan and mashed sweet potatoes.

🐟 Mediterranean Pan-Seared Halibut
Lemon-herb pan-seared halibut with sautéed peppers, Roma tomatoes, olives + garlic, served with Greek lemon-roasted potatoes and roasted asparagus.

🍝 Italian Sausage & Burrata Rigatoni
Rigatoni with crumbled Italian sausage and tender broccoli tossed in a garlic, butter + Pecorino Romano sauce, topped with creamy burrata and finished with crushed red pepper flakes + extra-virgin olive oil.
