I wish I could put into adequate words the immensity of what this team accomplishes every week - it is truly miraculous.

I’ve been really intentional about adding the right people to the S+C family - I haven’t always gotten it right - but, hot damn if this team right here isn’t the absolute best of the best. AND… I just really really like all of them. 💕

If you’ve had our meal prep around your table, or one of our chefs in your kitchen every week or attended an event that we were apart of, then you know and love these humans…

Thank you Allegra, Emily, Shenia, Suzanne, Taylor, Christina, Caitlyn, Caroline, Amanda, Em, Quinn, Hazley, Jonah and Manny for being heroes and magicians every day.

Here is a little walk through of our Saturday! I thought I would skip adding background music because sometimes it’s nice to turn down the noise and just hear the sounds of celebration. Three weddings and a 50th birthday party were on our books and we loved getting to be with all of our clients! One more wedding to go today before we wrap this WILD weekend!

I remember how scared I was to sign that first lease on the old Charlie Grainger’s kitchen. How terrifying it was to bet on ourselves when we were still just a little baby business. But we said yes because we had big dreams - and we took it one day at a time - and boy did those days SCREAM by and MAN did those dreams overtake us.

We are 5 years in this little space. We’ve added a second kitchen next door to handle the work and we are already absolutely busting at the seams again….

This kitchen is filled with a team that I could have only dreamed of 5 years ago - and they are doing incredible work in an extremely difficult and demanding industry. I’m so proud of us… and so grateful for all of YOU!
