Somewhere between counting everything three times, singing about Carolina Gold rice, blessing a fish, and doing approximately 47 other things at once…

Chef Allegra also casually dropped some pretty solid life advice.

“You’re not gonna remember this in five days, five months or five years. It’s a moment in time. You’re good.” Put that on a mug.

Wedding days are a whole LOT of moving pieces, some chaos, and a team of people keeping each other movin’ and groovin’ through it all.

We love you, Chef. Never change.

MEAL PREP DETAILS:
* Orders close every Friday at 10 AM.
* Delivery is available every Sunday from 12-2 PM.
* Pickup is available every Monday from 12-6 PM at our Cargo District kitchen (616 Queen St).
* Our meal prep menu CHANGES EVERY WEEK based on what’s in season, upcoming holidays, and whatever our chefs are inspired to cook!
* You can build your order exactlyyyy how you want it. Add the meals you want, skip the ones you don’t, and select exactly how many servings of each you need!

Wellllll… that was a week.

So much food. So many people fed. Sooooo many hours. 94 curse words is a VERY conservative estimate. LOL.

We genuinely don’t know how we pull it off sometimes, but we do know it wouldn’t be possible without this killer team!

Now to do it all over again. Somebody bring us coffee.
