I notice a large influx of people liking this page. I know some of the reasons. But let me state some things
1- I always put customer safety first. Once before an event I found that my freezer had shutdown over night. When checking the pans of Mac I found a nickel size spot of mold on ONE pan. I threw all 16 pans out and cancelled my appearance.
When I was sick in September I took off even before I was admitted to the hospital and stayed out a week after the doctor said I could resume activity.
2- I always try to give the best value for my customer. It took me 3 years to raise prices. I'm still selling at 2020 prices even though food cost has increased 30% since then and I pay for help which I didn't have to do. And I pay them better than most Fast Food companies.
3- Regardless to what you may hear or read I am and will stay in business. As I write this I am negotiations to rent a location for a restaurant.
I take much pride of what I accomplished over the 7 years in business. I had never planned to be a mobile food vendor. I just wanted to try out my recipes before I sold them online. But people started asking me to attend events and to this day I still don't have a website. 2021 was the busiest year I've ever had. And I grateful to all of you who have ate my food. many know how, even after all this time, I freak out wanting people to like it. I don't breath until the first sale. I've finally learned to say "Thank You" when someone gives me a compliment instead of saying, "No tell me the truth:.
After November I am shutting down until April or May for some much needed rest. 2022 will be bigger and better than ever. And for that I have to thank EVERYONE who ate my food. Thank you does not convey the appreciation I have for each of you.
