Presenting the Fifth Season!

Fifth Season is a Japanese-inspired whiskey cocktail built around Toki Black whisky, house-made pandan syrup, shochu, yuzu juice, and finished with a dehydrated pandan leaf.

The inspiration came from the Japanese concept of *Ma*—the appreciation of negative space. Rather than filling a cocktail with layer after layer of ingredients, the goal was to leave room for each component to speak without competing for attention.

Around here, we believe not every summer cocktail needs to be tropical.

The Desert Hammer begins with tequila infused with fresh nopales (cactus pads), layered with sherry, house-made IPA reduction, fresh lime, and finished with sparkling water.

Crisp agave, bright citrus, subtle herbal freshness, roasted nuttiness, a hint of bitter hop, and a dry finish come together in a cocktail that's refreshing, unexpected, and super drinkable.
