Yes once again I am back. While I enjoyed, NO Loved North Carolina I had to come back for health reasons. Since I'm back I've decided to restart the business BUT, I will only do select events and most importantly I will be hosting Mac & Cheese Festivals around the Delaware Valley. I'm in the process of scheduling in Royersford PA, Wilmington DE, Dover DE, Salisbury MD and Elkton MD.
If you have a Non-Profit, Church or group such as a high school band or activity that would like to Co-Host please contact me.

Well, I might as well get it out of the way. I have relocated to North Carolina after much thought. I'm in Gastonia which is 20 minutes from Charlotte. I don't know if I'll be doing food, even though I'm getting ready for an event in Greensboro at the last minute. They do have a very active food truck scene with a lot of events. The hardest part of moving is getting notifications and seeing postings of events in the area
I want to thank everyone for their support over the years, customers and people who let me come to their events. I've met so many great and nice people over the years. And to see people enjoy food I created was one of the highlights of my life.

Again I haven't posted in a while. Mainly because I've been sick and have been deciding where I wanted to move. Yes I decided to leave Delaware but not going far, to Lancaster Pa.
I'm still going to stay in business but also expanding into Lancaster County. Also expanding our menu to include chicken tenders, loaded fries and baked potatoes. Possibly egg rolls.
There will be a slight price increase, my first in 4 years. But I do want to offer good affordable food. We'll still be in Delaware, Maryland maybe even New Jersey next year! And if course PA.

Wanted to thank everyone for trying my food and having me part of your event this year. I traveled from as far south as Millville DE to as far north as Pottstown. First year doing more events in PA then Delaware. Had to cancel since events because of illness.
Big plans for next year. Bringing back chicken tenders and fries. But they will be home made to ensure consistency and flavor. Up grading to all electric, for again, consistent temp on the Mac. Still not getting a truck because I like the face to face interaction with people. Sadly after 3 years we will be raising our prices. Food cost as risen 30% since my pay price increase. Another reason I will be hiring people so if I do get sick we'll still be able to operate.

I like to wish my oldest grandson Julian a happy 16th birthday. Yes this is Julian, who I named the business after. He was 9 when I started the business. Only problem my second oldest is 9 and asking where his business is? It will is coming next year and will be announced soon!

I just realized I haven't posted in a while. I'm still around serving great Mac and Cheese. This weekend will be at the Gilbertsville Open House and Fall Festival Saturday 4 to 8 and at the Birdsboro Car Show. 11 to 4. Yes I had to Google where Birdsboro was located.

Great weekend at Limerick Community Day and got to meet the owner Avanti Plumbing and Drains and his kids. If you need some work done he's the go to guy.
Stayed on Phoenixville. No one told me the main st was closed off! I looked like a sweaty crackhead after walking 5 blocks.
Beautiful day in Royersford. As always the people were great and friendly. Being a former firefighter it was a pleasure to help out at he fundraiser. They did a great job and had a wonderful turnout. Can't wait until Sept 9 for community day.

Coming up on our busy time of the year. Will be at the Limerick Community Day Saturday 12 to 3, Royersford for a fundraising event for the fire conpany on Sunday. If anyone can recommend a nice restaurant in the area I would appreciate it. Extra points for a cigar lounge.
