Through our partnership with UNCW’s aquaculture program, we’re able to source black bass that’s thoughtfully raised with sustainability at the forefront. That means protecting wild populations, supporting local research, and investing in the future of our coastal ecosystems.

For us, this crudo is about more than clean flavors and fresh ingredients—it’s about connection. Connection to our waters, to the students and scientists shaping better food systems, and to a community that values where its food comes from.
