Meet the man behind the bar, the tables, and pretty much everything in between! If you’ve been to South Front, chances are you’ve seen him wearing one (or all) of his many hats!

A few fun facts about Simon:
🩺 He’s currently in nursing school

🍐 His favorite drink on our menu is the Pear Martini — and lucky for him (and you), it’s making its comeback THIS WEEK! 👀
