I get asked a lot what my process is for designing and curating graze tables.

The funny thing is, I never really have a set plan or layout in mind.

I always start with the cheeses and build from there. Over the years, I’ve learned so much about what customers enjoy, what works well, and what doesn’t. At this point, a lot of it comes down to instinct. I create as I go and let the table come together naturally.

I always say graze tables are my favorite thing to create. I love the creativity they allow and the opportunity to work with such a wide variety of ingredients. If I could create a graze table every day, I would. Knowing that each one is headed to one of your special moments makes it even more meaningful. This particular graze was created for an elopement.
